Free Cosmetic Refurbishment
When we onboard your property, we arrange a complimentary refurbishment to enhance the units overall standard, typically ranging between £7,500 - £20,000. Our objective is to elevate your property to the highest quality for our professional clients, all without incurring any additional costs to you. *Property must be at a lettable standard to begin with.
Dedicated Property Manager
In order to offer you exceptional support, we will assign a dedicated property manager and a property inspector who will be exclusively responsible for attending to your property’s welfare. They will conduct regular inspections to ensure everything is in perfect order. After each visit, you will receive a copy of the inspection report, enabling you to stay informed about your property’s condition.
24/7 Maintenance
To maintain our properties high standards, we have a 24/7 maintenance service in place. Day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs at the property are free of charge to the landlord. For larger issues, we handle all necessary maintenance tasks, ensuring that your property is well- maintained and any repairs are promptly addressed with your approval.
Purchase Options
It is important for you to have options available once our agreement comes to an end. So we offer a number of choices for you: i. Extend the contract ii. Property returned to you (in fantastic condition) iii. Nexi Property can arrange the purchase of your property.
